All K2661 units have at least ONE Object file installed at all times, referred to as the "BASE ROM" object file.  This file constitutes the basic factory object set found in all K2661 models. (The 2661 Base ROM set is actually comprised of several components, including the Orchestral, Contemporary and GM sound sets as these are built in. Each of these shows up as a separate Object File in the Intonation Table listing).

If a K2661 has either of the two additional ROM Block Options (Stereo Dynamic Piano and/or Vintage Electric Pianos) or the sampling option added to it, then additional Object files must also be installed. These are referred to as "ROM OPTION" objects. (Once installed, these too will show up as separate Object Files in the Intonation Table listing).

Whenever updating your K2661 Objects :

1. Be sure to install ALL necessary Object files that correspond to your units physical configuration, meaning Base objects as well as any applicable Option objects.
2. Only install option object files for those options you have physically installed.

If your K2661 has either of the optional ROM Blocks and/or sampling option installed you will need to install the corresponding Option Object File(s) to match.   This is in addition to the Base Object file.  Instructions on how to install your object files can be found in your manual as well as in the READ ME that accompanies the BASE Objects download file.
